Meet our Founders

Ora Ice Baths was founded by Josh with a clear vision: make premium wellness accessible without compromise.

With a background in lifestyle ventures, Josh saw the gap. Too often, people chose between clinical, uninspiring equipment or luxury priced out of reach. He set out to close it — products that perform, feel refined in the home, and justify the investment.

When Ora Ice Baths evolved into Wellness by Ora, James joined to help shape the next chapter. Together, they expanded the brand beyond cold therapy into a broader wellness system — one built around daily ritual, considered design, and the kind of support that makes premium feel worth it.
